Fernweh MTB Frame
We worked closely with Kinesis ambassador Emma Osenton for the last few years to create a bike-packing MTB frame that would withstand the toughest of adventure rides.
The Fernweh is a versatile frameset, Emma proved this by riding Grenzstein Trophy along the former East-West German border patrol track, an experience that significantly influenced this project. Emma played a crucial role in refining the frame design to ensure an optimal fit for the rider along with all the necessary gear. She also coined the name Fernweh, a German word that conveys 'a longing for far-off places.'
